Refund policy

Every Palimpsest tee is made to order and printed just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
