Refund policy

Every Palimpsest item is made to order and printed just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at hello@palimpsest.nz within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved, usually within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the error was ours.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
