Products. All items are made to order and sold for personal, non-commercial use. Product colours and print placement may vary slightly from on-screen images due to the garment-dyed process and your display.

Designs & intellectual property. Our designs are based on poems that are in the public domain. The original artwork, layouts, brand name, and store content are the property of Palimpsest and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in your selected currency and may be converted from our base currency. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palimpsest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
